Detailed Description
Preventive measures
-Store in a cool, ventilated place away from heat and fire.
-Operate after receiving specialized instructions, do not operate until all safety precautions have been read and understood.
-Separate storage and transportation with oxidizers, alkalis, and edible chemicals.
-Use PPE as required.
-Avoid contact with eyes and skin, inhalation of fumes, vapors, or sprays, ingestion, and thorough cleaning after handling.
-No eating, drinking or smoking at the operation site.
Accident Response
-In case of fire, extinguish with anti-soluble foam, dry powder, carbon dioxide.
-Skin contact: immediately remove contaminated clothing, flush with large amounts of running water for at least 15 minutes, seek medical attention.
-Eye contact: Immediately lift eyelids, flush thoroughly with large amounts of running water or saline for at least 15 minutes, seek medical attention.
-Inhalation: Keep airway open. If breathing is difficult, administer oxygen. If breathing stops, administer artificial respiration immediately and seek medical attention.
